How long will HIT be effective on mosquitoes post spraying?

Depends on room ventilation, infestation of mosquitoes, amount sprayed. Ideally if the windows are kept shut, the aerosol will kill all the mosquitoes present in the room. Opening the windows later will reduce the concentration and hence can allow new mosquitoes to enter.
