Thank you for sharing the video. Please check if the red lever is down. If so, pull out a Cell and re-insert it in any mode(10/20/40 mins). Spray the refill 2–3 times into the air, then insert it with the white nozzle centered and positioned below the red lever. Switch on the device and test it. If the issue persists, kindly share your invoice and full address in the format provided.
