The charging pins of the new racquet do not come out fully. What do I do?

Please push the yellow plug slider switch, with a little strength, a couple of times on either side till the switch movement is smoother and reaches the far end of its cavity, such that the plug pins are fully extended. Then place the plug into the socket ensuring that it is firmly fitted and switch ON for charging. Loose fitting may render partial charging causing partial effectiveness of the product.
