The new refill does not fit into the Aer Matic. It is short and the machine is not able to press the spray.

Thank you for reaching out. While Aer Matic does not come with a warranty, we are happy to

help, if you purchased it a month back. The most common issue is battery depletion. Please

replace the batteries with a fresh pair of Duracell Ultra, Eveready Ultima, or Nippo Thor (LR6,

AA, 1.5V). These are the most reliable and should last until your next refill.
If the issue persists, please share a short video (up to 1 minute) showing the device with the

cover open and switched ON. Make sure the batteries, refill, and lever are clearly visible.
Also, share a copy of the purchase invoice and the code printed either between the battery slots

or inside the refill compartment. This will help us assist you better.
