I am not able to submit the claim

Please check the following:
Enter the Tax Invoice number, not the order number. Ensure that the batch number is correct. It is a 6 digit alphanumeric code printed near the MRP on the box and on the racquet frame. Do not include any prefixes (e.g., "B:") or special characters. Avoid using symbols like @, #, %, etc., in the address field.
Upload a valid invoice in any of the following file format: jpeg / png / pdf, under 5 MB.
