If customer refuses to change batteries as specified:

We don’t mind collecting the product and testing them at our end. However, if batteries are the only cause of the matter, then we will have to return the product back to you. The process will take about 15 to 20 days or more, basis your location. Instead we request you to use the recommended batteries and try for yourself, you will find the product working as desired.
Your cooperation is earnestly sought in this matter, to ensure you are satisfied at the earliest.
