We truly understand your concern and completely empathize with you.
It is possible that your skin may be sensitive. For this reason, we strongly recommend performing a hypersensitivity (patch) test before using the product to ensure it is suitable for your skin. If any adverse effects are detected at this stage, you must refrain from using them as they may not be suitable for your skin.
We can always send our Crème product to you and you may try it if it suits you. If so we will be happy to offer you the same. However, we once again recommend that you should always do the hypersensitivity test before use of any product for your own safety.
