HIT Anti Mosquito Racquet comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, applicable against manufacturing defects. To activate the warranty, please register your product at:

Note: OTP verification is done via your mobile number, so you must complete the registration yourself. If you're facing issues on a smartphone, you may use a PC instead.

Tips for Smooth Registration:

• Browser issues: Update your browser, clear cache, or use incognito mode. Ensure a stable internet connection.
• OTP not received? 
  • Avoid receiving calls during OTP delivery.

  • Check if DND (Do Not Disturb) is active—especially for GCPLHT (Transaction/Consumer/Automobile categories). If so, please deactivate it temporarily.

• Form accuracy:
  • Enter the Tax Invoice number, not the order number.

  • The Batch number is printed near the MRP on the box and on the racquet frame. Do not include any prefixes (e.g., ""B:"") or special characters.

  • Avoid using symbols like @, #, %, etc., in the address field.

•  Invoice Upload:
  • File format: jpeg / png / pdf, under 1 MB.

  • Save the file to your desktop and name it INVOICE for easy access.
