• Scanned copy of invoice to determine the source.
• Is LED of the machine lighting up and is the machine getting normally heated up, on being switched ON? 
• Has the liquid from the refill got consumed to some extent and do you perceive a light fragrance when the unit is switched ON? 
• For how long have you been using the Machine?
• Images of the machine and refill when in use.
• Do you close all ventilation (including netted doors & windows in the room) for 30 minutes after switching the machine on?   

The effect of the product depends on the size of the room and the place where it is used. We request you to follow the instruction given on the package as well as the leaflet, to ensure total effectiveness. In case of heavy mosquito infestation, please switch the machine to Flash / Active / Xpress mode.
